Dashboard

The dashboard provides insight into the situation on the channel. The calculated tidal windows with a transit start within the selected period are displayed in a large time-location diagram. The diagram also shows the planned transits of other ports at the same channel. This makes problems with intersections of transits on the channel immediately visible. The dashboard automatically refreshes itself every minute, hence the overview is always up to date.

From the dashboard the following elements can be derived:

Overview of active transits.
The tidal windows of the active transits.
Relevant positions of the channel.
Time and location of intersecting transits.
A map component with route information and current bottom elevations.
(if configured) information from AIS data.
(if configured) tides and swell, including relevant tidal windows.

If a user has rights to multiple ports, it is possible to switch between the different ports on the top left of the dashboard.
