Calculation e-mail template

The calculation e-mail for the Mail action can be configured based on a template. Calculation e-mail templates can be defined in the Port management > Configuration > Report templates module. The following sections provide an overview of the supported variables for the calculation e-mail template.

A calculation e-mail template can be applied for a port on the port details page, in the E-mail table under the Reporting tab. The Recipients table on this tab can be used to configure the default recipients for the e-mail.

Variables

`AdvicesList`	List	Provides a list of descriptions of the calculations.
`WebSiteName`	Textual	The root URL of the PROTIDE environment.
`UserName`	Textual	The name of the user that sends the notification.
`Message`	Textual	Provides a description of the calculation and a link to the transit.
`TransitSummary`	Textual	The summary of the transit.
`TransitDetails`	Textual	The details of the transit.
`Port`	Textual	The port for which the transit is submitted.
`Ship`	Textual	The ship for which the transit is submitted.
