Calculation request
Calculation request
A request for a calculation can be submitted and managed at the Calculation request tab. The following actions are possible:

| Add | Add a calculation request. A description of the request should be added. |
| Duplicate | Duplicate an existing calculation request with the possibility to update the description. |
| Edit | Edit a calculation request. Update description and/or result. |
| Delete | Delete a calculation request. |
| Start | Start one or more calculations for the request. The calculation settings as well as the speed regimes can be selected from a predefined list, default values of the start of the calculation period and the horizon are given and can be adjusted as desired. Furthermore, it is possible to use manual predictions within the calculation or to include bottom elevations in the calculation. |
Opening a calculation request by clicking on the row shows the calculations executed for the request. For each calculation, the start and arrival time, width of the tidal window and margins to the boundaries of the tidal window (if exists) are displayed. The second overview and actions correspond with the general Calculation tab.
